Data collected

We only collect the information you enter yourself in our forms:

• quote request: company, phone, e-mail, address and type of need;

• job application: first name, last name, e-mail, phone and CV.

No data is collected without your knowledge: the website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising (see our cookie policy).

 

Purpose and legal basis

• responding to your quote request, getting back to you and managing our business relationship (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract);

• reviewing your job application (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

 

Recipients

Your data is sent by e-mail only to authorised AQUA2A staff. It is never sold, rented or passed on. It passes through the servers of our hosting provider o2switch, located in France; no data is transferred outside the European Union.

 

Retention period

• quote requests not followed up: 3 years from the last contact;

• customers: for the duration of the contract, then for the legally required periods (10 years for accounting records);

• job applications: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

 

Security

Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS). As with any website, the hosting provider keeps technical connection data (IP address, date, page viewed) for security purposes. To block abusive submissions, the form keeps a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address for 10 minutes.

 

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, or request its portability, by writing to contact (at) aqua2a.fr or to the postal address above. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
